CCFR Juniors Mission Statement:
The Charlton County Fire Rescue Junior Firefighter Program was founded to help educate young men and women about the fire service and help bring interest to find the firefighters of tomorrow. We plan to show these young recruits what it’s like to see the fire department first hand and help educate them about general life skills and skills that will help them in the fire service. They will observe a real fire scene from a safe distance and will remain there until it has been deemed clear and safe by the Command Unit on scene or the Safety Officer. They will never be alone and will always have an advisor with them. This advisor will be the guardian of The Juniors on scene and will supervise them whenever they are on a scene or at an event.

What will your child learn from us?
They will learn:
- The basic and fundementals of firefighting, EMS, and anything related.
- What every truck is called, whats on it, and what that truck is used for.
- What every tool is, what it's called, what it's used for, and how to use it.
- Anything and everything having to do with the fire servie.
